Digital Delivery, Shipping & Returns

ugokiego is a digital service. There are no physical goods or shipping charges.
1. Current delivery method, timing and fees
The current free preview is delivered directly in your browser after the page loads and you select a supported image; no account or payment activation is required. Preview and export run on your device. Once export finishes, download the video to your device before closing the page. Processing time depends on your device, browser and selected clip length; there is no fixed completion-time guarantee. There is no delivery, shipping or return-postage fee. Your own internet or mobile-data provider may charge for connectivity.
2. Service availability and destinations
There are no postal delivery destinations because no physical goods are sold. The current free preview requires access to this website and a compatible browser with JavaScript, image processing and video download support; local network restrictions or unsupported devices may prevent use. English and Japanese are interface languages, not a promise of paid-service availability in a country. Paid plans are not currently sold in any country or region. Before paid checkout opens, the supported countries and regions, access or credit activation timeframe, and any delivery charges must be disclosed before purchase. No paid activation timeframe is currently offered.
3. What is delivered
The product is access to an image-to-video creation service and the credits listed in the annual plan. The site offers image selection, motion settings, a creative prompt and a preview workspace. The local version provides browser-rendered camera movement, not AI-generated subject motion.
4. Activation and credits
When online subscriptions are active, confirmed trial activation starts the 60-minute trial and provides 50 trial credits. A successful annual payment allocates 1,200 paid credits for that annual period. Unused trial credits expire at trial end; unused annual credits expire at the end of their annual period and do not roll over. No subscription or credits are activated by this local preview.
5. Files and technical requirements
Use a current browser with JavaScript enabled. JPG, PNG and WebP images up to 10 MB are supported. Local preview clips are 5 or 10 seconds and export at 720p in MP4 or WebM depending on browser support. AI delivery times, when connected, depend on the model and queue; no fixed generation time is guaranteed. Download your results before closing the page.
6. Delivery problems
If paid access or credits are not delivered, contact support@ugokiego.net with your order reference. Do not place a duplicate order. We will investigate the payment and restore access or provide the appropriate refund. No postal returns are needed.
7. Returns and the request process
This is a digital service, so physical returns, return labels and a return shipping address do not apply. For a future paid order, request a refund or report non-delivery or a service that does not match the agreed description by emailing support@ugokiego.net with your purchase email and order reference. Do not send card details or mail anything to our business address. The Refund Policy explains eligibility, the 30-day request period, unused-credit calculation, and refund processing times; the Cancellation Policy explains how to stop future charges. The absence of physical returns does not exclude refunds or statutory consumer remedies.
